I have a MAC on our network that uses email hosted from another company. They use MAC mail and send/receive from the hosting company. They can receive mail, but can not send out to internet mail clients.
This was working prior to upgrading from exchange 5.5 to exchange 2003 in our internal network. Also, we had another MAC in a different location in our internal network that worked fine. Not sure where the problem lies.
What is the email flow in this case?? How can I track the flow of the outgoing email from the MAC thru our network to see what's going on??
