Reminders are not working properly as every time Outlook opens, it comes up with the error message: "There was a problem reading one or more of your reminders. Some reminders may not appear. Cannot locate recurrence information for this appointment." and the reminder window does not appear.
- /cleanreminders, /cleanfreebusy, /cleanschedplus, /reset folders, and /cleansniff. SOMETIMES it will appear with /cleanreminders, but the error message still accompanies the reminder window, oddly enough.
- manually going through and deleting ones that were unnecessary to reduce the amount of reminders
- updating Windows and office
- Detect and repair
- Reinstalling Office
- Recreating the Profile
- Stopped Add-ins - of which it was just Adobe
- Going into Safe mode
If we log in through web access, the reminders come up just fine, so I would assume that to mean that the server is ok, right?
There is a Blackberry involved, but that doesn't have reminders working on it either.
Anyone have any thoughts? Need more info? I think this is a very tough problem, but am hoping some guru out there knows a secret fix.
