How to modify Outlook forms

Our Outlook 2003 forms are downloaded from our Exchange 2003 server.  I need to modify one of them.  How would I do that?

Thanks.

This tutorial doesn't address the information I need.  When I create a new email user account a set of custom forms are downloaded for them.  How can I find where those custom forms are coming from so that I can modify them?

Thanks.

They are in the Organizational Forms Library.  So I will need to know where those are located.
Thanks.

I got it - In Exchange System Manager, right click on the server's public folders, select View System Folders, assign yourself appropriate Client rights.  Then use Tools | Forms | Design Form | Organizational Forms in Outlook.
