Runtime error 216 at 51F265C2

My Dell Lattitude D620 with Windows XP is displaying the following message:

Runtime error 216 at 51F265C2.

When I click 'OK', the following message is displayed:

SDTrayApp.exe - Application Error
the instruction at "0x51f265c2" referenced memory at "0x01184e60.  The memory could not be "read".
Click OK to terminat the program.

When I click 'OK', the initial message is displayed again, and round and round we go.

How do I fix this?

Thanks!

Will my laptop be prone to spyware without SpyWare Doctor?  Or is it okay to proceed without it?
Spyware Doctor is not the best tool, in any case.
Something like the paid version (with realtime protection) of SuperAntiSpyware is much more effective.

Good info.  Thank you!

I think I am going to uninstall Spyware Doctor tonight.

I will keep you posted on the progress.
Thanks for the help on this!  I appreciate it.
