After some digging I found the box had originally been an nt4 install, and there was a possibility it was even an original nt3.51 set up. So with all the various upgrades over the years of both software and hardware, &nbsp;the chance of something not right in the registry coming forward was very high.<br />

I am trying to do an upgrade from windows 2000 /sp4 to Server 2003. All goes well until the second reboot and I get a BSOD - PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_ARE<wbr />A stop 0x00000050 (0xFFFFFFE8, 0x0000001, 0x804F0C24, 0x0000000)<br />

The motherboard is an Asus P4S8X-MX with 2 sata drives raided. I downloaded the win2k3 raid driver and installed it at the F6 prompt. It has a 3gig Pentium D with 2gb of Ram<br />
<br />
Any thought or help would be most appreciated as I am supposed to have this done by tonight &lt;ugh&gt;<br />
