Yes they are both running windows 2000 server with terminal services. These servers have been in service for 2+ years with no problems like this before now today I get both of them having the same issue. These boxes are accessed by our customers over the internet.

Thank you for your help. I will have to wait for this issue to happen again before I can check the TELNET connection. Since I had this issue on two different servers I rebooted the firewall. I guess I should have tried rebooting the firewall first thing since two servers were affected. Thanks for your help.<br />

I hope someone can give me some insight on this problem. Two of my three servers are unable to accept Terminal Service connections. the only error that I can find in event viewer is system.indexoutofrangeexce<wbr />ption. <br />
