Back in August our SMS server box took a nose dive and crashed (hardware issue, not software).<br />
I have since repaired the server and reinstalled SMS 2003 and restored that database. Everything seems to be up and running except for Remote Tools.<br />
<br />
I can see in my Collections that the agents are installed and that looks fine.<br />
But when I go to execute remote tools is just comes back and says &quot;Remote Control Agent Not Found&quot;.<br />
I have verified that the Remote Tools Agent is enabled.
