Hi
I have Veritas Backup exe 10.d running on Windows 2003 Server on Sp1.
yesterday, i upgrade from sp1 to sp2. after upgrading, i am getting this error message
e000810b - Physical Volume Library Drive not found
and I cant take my backup.
If any one can help me to solve this problem please.

From within the OS Device Manager remove the tape device and then restart the system and let it be found again.

i will do that after 1 hr. but one question, afater restarting the windows, will it update driver automatically ??

ok i will do that,
i just update driver from device manager, its download something from widows websites.
i will restart within 30 min, then will restart again.
But how i will do "power cycle" of my external tap drive??

Thanks , my problem has been solved. what i did is, stop and restart backup exec service,
every thing works fine. i didnot have to restart.
