Problem with DHCP service stopping on MS Windows server 2003 SBS

Can you help with the following problem please..

The DHCP service stops on the server and the event log shows this error warning:-

Event Source:      DhcpServer
Event Category:      None
Event ID:                           1053

Computer:                            SERVER2
Description:
The DHCP/BINL service on this computer running Windows Server 2003 for Small Business Server has encountered another server on this network with  IP Address, 192.168.0.2, belonging to the domain: .

Restarting the service works and DHCP functions correctly when running but drops with this error every couple of hours with no obvious pattern.

All other services work fine.

Thanks for the feedback so far.   The problem seemed to arise when i added BOOTP IP (of 23) and filename as DHCP options.   I've removed these and so far so good.
