Hard Drive is running out of free psace for no reason and 4 gigs is missing in general

Last Modified: 2012-06-10
I have an Exchnage server that is running out of free space on C: for no reason.  The infostore is located on D:.  Cleared all the log files that I know of.  Also, when you check the sizes of all the folders roughy 4 gigs is missing.  ???  I have ran chkdsk and defragmented and I have checked the array (raid 5) and all looks good.  I'm monitoring all the files but can't find the change.  I deleted off 400MB a few hours ago and I only had 250 free after the delete.  I have rebooted but how do I reclaim or even find my free space.  Hoping for a miracle.
