If you are using Word as your email editor, then the Insert -&gt; item will not be displayed.. &nbsp;Then your just drag and drop the distrolist to the email message. <br />

I have a distribution list called Clients with 20 names in it. I want to send these names as a vcard (or something similar) to someone so they can also have the same distribution list. I know I can go into insert item and highlight the list name and add all of the names individually to the attachment line of my email, but is there some way to only have one icon (Clients) showing in the attachment line and have all of the names of my 20 clients listed when the recipient opens the email and expands the attachment?
