Windows 2000 server having problems with Remote Desktop Connection.
Having problem connect remotely to windows 2000 server, get error message while trying to connect to it:
"The Client could not connect to the remote computer. Remote connections might not be enabled or the computer might be too busy to accept new connections. It is also possible that network problems are preventing your connection. Please try connecting again later. If the problem continues to occur, contact your administrator.
Other Servers (Windows 2003 & 2007) able to connect successsfully ....... just this Server 2000. Try to install the Remote Desktop Connection in windows 2000 and it able to connect to others but others cannot connect to it (server 2000) ....... is there any setting / steps needed to do in this windows 2000 server?

Number of connection per server are limited sometimes, so go that server and check how many sessions are running on that server using RDP. I guess there is a limitation of 2 or 3 RDP connection simultaneously provided for some licenses. Just go to that server and kill or end the sessions if they are existing.

try calling it this way
%SystemRoot%\system32\msts c.exe /console
%SystemRoot%\system32\msts
cs97jjm3,
you can't access the console session through RDP in W2k; this has only been introduced in W2k3.
