OK solved it<br />

Exchange Management Console =&gt; Server Configuration =&gt; ServerName =&gt; Properties =&gt; Internal DNS Lookups<br />
<br />
The server network card had changed to a HP Virtual Team after setup and this had to be manually set in this.<br />
<br />
Thanks to those that looked, all seems solved now.

Exchange Management Console => Server Configuration => ServerName => Properties => Internal DNS Lookups

I've had a 2007 Server running as a single site entity for about 9 months now and it's ran fine. &nbsp;However another site has now had a server installed too, it has created the inter-site links according to everything I see, but it seems they cannot send their email to each other.<br />
<br />
The queue shows 17 messages sitting there with the DNS query failed messages, with 1 message giving 400 4.4.7 Message Delayed.<br />

I have set up no edge connectors as far as I'm aware.

I have set up no edge connectors as far as I'm aware.
