How can I use Group Policy to add a Global Group to the Workstation Local Admins without destroying the existing membership of the local group?

I want to assign an OU "Support Users" to the Local Administrators group on all the workstations in my domain. I was looking at using the Group Policy "Restricted Groups" but I dont want to wipe out the existing membership of the workstations local admin group. Can someone tell me how to do this or suggest a better way?
