I'm new to ISA 2004, could you please provide the steps as to how to do this in ISA 2004:
I'm assigning 500 points as I need to get it done asap.

What I need to know:
1. note, I want to leave the remote access for the administrator to the SBS2003 Server (192.168.1.2). this server acts as the gateway with ISA 2004 on it.
2. Want to be able to configure ISA 2004 to forward any requests from any external network on port 62000 (just for example, rather than the default port) (sent to my public server name (eg, mail.domain.com)) through to my Terminal Server on IP 192.168.1.4.

Please provide the steps, I'm new to 2004.

you need to configure the port maping so external will be the external ip and port and the internal will be the enternal ip and the port 3389 and done
