Open file dialog in an applet

Last Modified: 2012-08-13

I have a standard applet, just using:

    public class MyApplet extends BufferedApplet

Is there a standard piece of code out there that will just let me open a file open dialog (restricting the user to the directory the applet is located in) and choose a file? I'd like to browse files on the server directory the applet is running on.

All I really need is an output string path that the user has chosen, then I can do my stuff.
