How to migrate sbs 2003 exchange mailboxes to exchange 2003 standard on a different domain

What is the best method of migrating existing mailboxes on Exchange 2003 SBS, to an Exchange 2003 Standard server that is a member server in a different AD Domain?

Thankyou for your comments, is it possible to transfer the mailboxes directly between exchange servers in different AD domains, if there is a trust relationship between the domains?

You say that you have SBS 2003 though - SBS doesn't allow you to create trusts between domains, so unless it is a standard 2k3 domain (no SBS) I don't think this will be an option for you.
