BlackBerry users get meeting requests tenatively accepted without any actions performed

Recently, we upgraded from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007. Around that time, any appointments I receive in Outlook 2003 show they are tentatively accepted in the meeting request. Normally, in the grey bar at the top it says "Please Respond" because no action has yet been performed. However, now it will always say "Tentatively Accepted on date at time" and it's always just a few seconds after it comes into the mailbox.

I've watched the meeting requests come in, they say "Please Respond" and then the meeting flashes and it then shows the status "Tentatively Accepted".

This only happens if a person is on Exchange 2007 and has a BlackBerry device, I've checked Exchange 2007 users who have MAS or Good Mobile devices and they do not have the issue. I've also checked with people on Exchange 2003 that have BlackBerry devices.

It is not specific to any provider or device model.
