Windows 2003 is not letting an adminsitrator account delete files and folders.
I'd like to be able to delete files/ folders from any administrator account regardless of which administrator created the folders/files. etc. Here are some more specifics:
1)
I am using a service that makes backups of some folders (this is called DeltaCopy which is a Windows wrapper around rSync linux tool). This service is using administrator1 account and is running fine.
2)
I am logged in as administrator2 using RDT on this machine. When I try to delete a folder created by the service that uses administrator1 account, it gives me the following error:
Error deleting file or folder. Cannot delete <filename>. Access is denied.
I'd like to change this setting in Windows 2003 settings where any administrator can delete files/folders created by any other administrator. What do I need to do?

You need to place both those groups you created into the Administrators group. I assume you already did that...?

Well I just setup RDT using the same account that that service uses and logged in and then it let me delete. I guess I wanted to understand how to make Win 2003 more like Win 2000 (less secure but admin friendly). I'll award points because of your prompt attention. Thaks.
