True 3D Objects in Flash
I am currently looking at making a 3D webapp using Java bindings for OpenGL, however, I think Flash meshes better with browsers than java applets, though I could use either.
How difficult would it be to do one of these demos in Flash?

Here is how little I know about Flash, what is the development suite called that I'd need to get for Flash on Windows?

Looks like CS3. Paperview3D seems to be another good alternative.

Can Flash use SVN?
Yep it is CS3 the web developer edition. I currently use the previous version Flash Professional 8.
By SVN are you asking about versioning? if so i have it currently implemented with a CVS.
How'd you go with the libraries?

I need to get a hold of CS3 Premiere Design Edition. If it uses CVS, then it should be fine. I don't need SVN.
The paperview3d looks like it will do what I need it to, fingers crossed. ActionScript3 looks pretty similar to java, I'm not sure but it looks like you can serialize data and send them between the two?
