Just want to mention that the maintenance switch'es also are explain on the lid of the server.<br />
On my server it was to the far left-middle og the lid.<br />
Uplug power, flip S1, configure iLO, power off, unplug power, flip S1 back, start up again.<br />

I just got a HP ProLiant DL380 G3 from the county municipality where i live, and it has been kill-disked and all other sorts of removing information.<br />
I just installed Windows 2003 Enterprice R2 on it, and it is working perfect.<br />
<br />
But i wan't to enable iLO on the server, but it is not enabled.<br />
When i boot the server the POST message about iLO says:<br />
&nbsp; Integrated Light-Out Disabled<br />

How can i enable it?<br />
I have no option to configure iLO with the F8 key.<br />
