Why do i get a Level_15_Access message when i attempt to logon to cisco switch

Guys,

When i attempt to logon to one of my cisco switches via Cisco Network Assistant 5.3 with the relevant credentials, i get the message Level_15_Access required.

Why would i get this message when i use Cisco Network Assistant? I also cannot access it Internet Explorer but i can access it via telnet without any problems.

Regards

You need to configure following things to get an access from http or cisco network assistant

line vty 5 15
login local

user name cisco privilege 15 password cisco

try and let me know

Cheers

ASKER

Could you confirm the exact commands i need to enter please?
in order for network assistant to work, you don't need exact login cisco.
it is enough to create login name with priviledge 15 rights

you should also have to run next command:
ip http server
Hi

I probably did not make myself clear. What i need to know is after log onto the switch in enable mode via telnet which works fine, What is the exact commands i need to enter to enable CNA to access the switch?
