Stop the WMI service.
Rename the Repository (C:\Windows\System32\WBEM)
Restart the server.

Let us know.

Thanks for the help, worked like a champ.
I might need to do this, but Im confused on what Im doing.
Are we renaming WBEM to say WBEMOLD, so that windows creates a newone one startup?
I thought the problem would have been in the SxS folder.

Thanks
I renamed the folder/rebooted and my server has not reported the error since then
Thank you, but Im not still not sure which folder.
Is it C:\Windows\System32\WBEM ? or C:\Windows\System32\WBEM\Repository ?
The repository folder your rename.
This proble started happening again, and i found a fix that works.  I needed to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package (x86).

Once I installed it all of my SidebySide errors have gone away.
