how to i resolve this error "ODBC access error. Possible lost connection to database or unsuccessful access to catalog index in the database."
recently i have been having issues with my backups. at first i thought it was a licensing issue. i re-installed the licenses but the error is still persistent. Please can someone provide some info or a solution.

Hi Aj,
i have managed to change the user credentials on the schedule itself. it is now using the correct account to backup. i will check tomorrow on whether the backup went through successfull.

I am still not able to grant access to the user account on the BEDB database as mentioned by you. Do advise on this.
