The solution was to change the &quot;MemoPad&quot; folder's .BAK (the back-up file created by Palm) to .DAT. &nbsp;This fixed the problem. &nbsp;The files, however, were located in the directory listed by the above solution, so I will still give Bill Hanson credit for this and for being the only one who attempted to answer.

I have Palm Desktop that I use for contact management. &nbsp;I don't use it to sync up with an actual Palm. &nbsp;When I go to open the Palm Desktop, I get two errors. &nbsp;This is the first one:<br />
