Looking for JAVA IDE's that are like VBA

I am looking for a JAVA IDE that will be simialar to VBA.  I like the autocomplete feature of available methods and the highlight and to get to the comprehensive helpfile.

Is such a Java development enviroment available?

I tried eclipse its pretty good.  One of the biggest learning tools I have used while getting my start using VBA was highlighting a method and pressing F1 to see the help for that method.  Eclipse does not have this capability.  Does netbeans?

Also didn't MS make something called J++ is that the same as JAVA?  I am taking a Comp Sci class and we have to use JAVA but I wanted to try and use some of the same learning techniques.
