Windows Cannot find Local Profile, Wndows is logging in with a temp profile

I have computer that is part of a domain. I have created the users for this pc with no issues.
however when 1 (only this user) tries to login into the machine into the domain they get a windows cannot find the local profile and is logging you in with a temp profile.  Windows is not creating the users files under documents and settings.  Every one that logs into the machine is fine.  I have removed the user and the machine from the domain and added it back and the user back also, and the problem persists any idea why the machine is not creating the user directories at first log in?

Have you had the user log into another machine?  Will that work or is it the same error?  This will help you figure out where the problem lies.  If it happens on another machine then its the user's permissions.  Did you create this user using a template or manually?

Whats the username?
What I meant to say was it 'may be' the users' permissions.  Not that it 'is'.
Also, I had this issue when I was running SBS2003 and it was that the user's roaming profiles were so large that they were actually timing out when they were saving to the server at the end of the day.  I alleviated this issue by using the uphclean tool from MS.

ASKER

I created the user manually, I even restored her last know good roaming profile to see if this corrected the issues, I have logged her into a diffrent machine and everything works as it should, no errors and the machine created her user directories as it should and loaded her roaming profile, so it is somthing with that machine
