Cisco 851 router slow to respond

I just hooked up a Cisco 851 router and configured it for my network. I can get to my web server from the internet, but it is very slow to respond and times out a lot. The fact that I can actually get to it sometimes seems to mean that the path is correct, I just don't know what else could be slowing down the response time. I used to have a Linksys router and everything worked fine. As soon as I switched to this Cisco, is when the problems started.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the comments, however, the problem turned out to be with my ISP. Apprently there was a faulty config on a router that my ISP was using that I was connecting to. So the problem has been resolved.

Thanks anyway.
Log in to the router and type show debug to see if there is a lot of debugging going on.

Also type show proc cpu to see if something is taking up a lot of CPU.
