As far as I know there is no tool available to convert an R&R report file to a Crystal Report file.

This company offers report conversion as one of their services ( I don't imagine it would be cheap though)...  http://planbestore.bizland.com/Services.htm
OR
If not that, couldn't you export the data from R&R in a universal format such as CSV, then import the CSV file into Crystal reports.  You may have to "massage" the csv file to get the results you want, but aside from that, I don't think there is a way.

On this page: http://www.crystalreportsbook.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=221 I found this:

"Crystal Reports prints from CSV files by using the Access/Excel option of the data source dialog box. Click on it and then on the file type, at the bottom will be listed Text files. Use that to print from your file. "

JohnnyIT:  I think you are confusing the ability to report off of a CSV file as a datasource with converting the report file from R&R to Crystal.  They are not the same thing.
