Unable to locate file "sysutils.pas"

When I right click on ForceDirectories function name and select Find Declaration,
I received this error message:

Unable to locate file "sysutils.pas"

What is the cause and how can I overcome this?

what version/type of delphi do you have? not all versions/types come with sources. I think you need to have from professional, up.
if that is indeed that case, then maybe you deleted either that file or more. the sources are located in delphi installation folder (usually program files\borland\delphi 6 (I see that is your version from the tag)) and in a directory called Sources.
sysutils.pas must be in rtl\common

The edition I have is Enterprise.
I cannot find the directory called Sources, I will re-install to confirm.
