How do I complete the uninstall of CA Anti-Virus?

When I right click a file (to delte, check properites, etc.) I get a Windows Installer pop up screen - "The feature you are trying to use in on a network resource that is unavailable.  Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package eTrust Antivirus.mis in the box below."  The Use source destination is a temp folder.  I've tried to fine the *.mis file - it does not exist on my computer.

Ded9: thanks for the feedback.  I had previously tried a similar process with no success.  I revisited this again to verify and still no success.  

It seems that somewhere there is a registry key causing my problems.  I've tried unsuccessfully to reinstall the anti-virus software.  I get an error message to uninstall a previous version.

I found a solution.  I downloaded a Windows Installer CleanUp Utility from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301.
It seems this allowed me to complete the uninstall of the software.
