I've just been given the title of Blackberry Champion at our company which is a large national Bank. &nbsp;All I've done so far is assist users in activating them and synching them with our Lotus Notes. &nbsp;My question is where can I get more knowledge in both the general and troubleshooting areas? &nbsp;I am trying to go from contractor to full/time employee. &nbsp;If this contract were to come to an end I would be back to Break/Fix which I like but I like the challenge of being a LAN Admin much more. &nbsp;I need to make an impression. &nbsp;Thanks for any and all help.
