I've used ACT! for some time - upgrading to the newer versions as they became available. I downloaded a trial version of ACT! 2008 to try before purchasing. I then purchased this version and registered the serial number. Recently, when starting ACT!, I got a message that my trial version had expired. To continue I needed to register the product. I did so and received an email from ACT with my activation code. However, I could never get past the registration window. ACT! support helped reset a registry key and I was able to continue. But now, each time I reboot my computer and start ACT!, I get the message that my trial version has expired.
My experience with ACT! support was so terrible that I'm looking for a new CRM or PIM. Meanwhile I must continue with ACT! Can anyone help me sovle this problem?
