What Happens When You Double Click on ".Jpeg" File

Try This -
Re-installing Windows Picture and Fax Viewer
Start > Run > regsvr32 /i shimgvw.dll


Windows Picture And Fax Viewer - Command Line
rundll32.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_Fullscreen <filename>

Open Windows Explorer
Right click on the jpeg-file. Select Open With
Select Imaging from the list. If you don't see Imaging in the list, select Choose Program instead.
Select Imaging and check Always us this program to open these files. Click OK
