Fortinet Client and Zonealarm Firewall

Zonealarm is blocking the Fortinet Client from connection to the VPN Server.
I've looked in the programs and increased the trust level but I am not even asked to allow or deny when I ttr and connect.

Switching off the firewall and I get a connection no problem.

How do I change the Zonealarm setting to allow connection?

Haven't used ZoneAlarm in quite a long time so I cannot be specific, but it also has "lists" of trusted networks. It may not be the application/VPN client that is being blocked, but the remote network. Can you add the remote network/subnet to the ZoneAlarm configuration?

I found the problem!
Looking in the ZoneAlarm logs under the OSFirewall filter, I saw that a Forticlient ipsec.exe file was refused permission, so I went to the Program control section and increased the Trust Level for the Forticlient Scheduler.
This then gave me a dialog to accept / deny the program, and when  accepted  the connection is made sucessfully.
