Implementing Blogger API using Ruby on Rails

I am a beginner at RoR on Mac. I am trying to figure out how to use the Action Web Service to create a web app that allows any user to cross post from my site to their blog on Blogger.

I've been reading the Blogger API - and I'd like for someone to explain how I could use their AuthSub proxy authentication using Ruby on Rails to successfully connect to a user's Blogger account.

Reading further, I saw that in order to create a post in Blogger, you would need to retrieve a userID and a blogID, which are both found in the URLs. Is it necessary to retrieve these or will using 'default' as they suggest suffice?

Thanks for any help!

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Um, this is the PHP area. Ask a moderator to move this question to http://www.experts-exchange.com/Programming/Languages/Scripting/Ruby/

Actually, can a moderator just remove the question? Coz I've already solved it myself. Cheers!
