cannot migrate mailboxes to new server

When trying to migrate a server to a new server.  we cannot move mailboxes.  we are getting a MAPI error 80004005.  

any suggestions?

80004005 is access denied, verify you have exchange full administrator on both boxes.
addendum, in general verify your permissions on the domain and the mail servers. Mail permissions are different than domain permissions.

ok. we are trying that some of the mailboxes moved ok, some of them get that error.
This generally points to mailbox corruption. This can happen if certain mails within the mailbox are corrupted. One possible way would be to find out the corrupted mail item and then delete these mails or else ouse exmerge and create a pst backup and later restore it on to the new server.
