How to turnoff 'Set Network Location'

I setup a new Vista computer for a user who is on Juno dial-up.  Everytime he dials into Juno he gets a prompt to set up yet another Network Location, so he has several network locations just for Juno.  You can close out the prompts and still work fine without setting up a connection, but is there a way to shut off these annoying prompts.

I'm not new to computers, but I am new to Vista.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Very simply:

    * Right Click the network icon in the system tray
    * Click Turn off/on notification of new networks
