Event ID's 1022, 3001, 1164 on Exchange 2003

I have an Exchange 2003 server that is getting numerous event id 1022 errors, the code of the error is 1100. I have not been able to find the reason for this code on MS technet. I am also getting errors 1164 and 3001. What is causing this and how can I resolve it?  Thanks.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
