Hi I am running Outlook Express 6 with Windows XP Pro SP2.
Today when I opened my Outlook Express all the contacts have disappeared.
I have a back up of my Address Book on another disk and used this after establishing a new identity to import the Address Book file.
Although there is a slight movement in the Contact File and the transfer line is moving and at the end says it has been completed successfully there are still no contacts in the list.
Any suggestions would be appreciated hopefully a solution can be found without loading the OS.
Although I have looked at answers on the site none have helped to date.
