I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Try the following :

In webmin there is an option to set the security to SHARE instead of USER do that
and make sure that you allow guest to logon to to the shares.

This should allow you to access the shares with no username and password.

If that does not work please print out your smb.conf file and I wll try to help you.
