How to create a drop shadow for a webpage?

How do I  create a drop shdow effect on the web page as in the following URL:

The question is not entirely clear. Your page seems to show a perspective lighting shadow that is from below. The most common drop shadow is drop right, where you simply build an extra row below and column to the right of your table, where you put a single pixel image that you stretch as needed. You will also need to put a solid single square pixel at the corner where the bottom right edge of the row meets the bottom edge of the column.

Sorry
I am talking about the shadow effect the runs vertically along the lleft  and right sides of the page.
The shadow effect starts off small and gradually grow into a point .

Pretty straight forward;
Create a new layer, fill it with a shadow color like 70% grey;
Then, rename the layer anything but background to unlock it;
Select the Edit menu > Transform > Warp command.
Drag the warp handles to create the perspective effect.
Use the magic wand to select the shadow.
Select the Selection menu > Feather command and choose 8-12 pixels to get the dithering along the edge.
