Offering Full control via Remote Assistance
When I send a Remote Assistance Ticket to a remote expert, the expert is in View Only" mode. How can I give him the Full control of my computer while I would like to watch every thing he is doing and quickly disconnect any time I want.

When expert clicks "Take Control" I get promt and I accept,t the expert can view my desktop but is unable to click any thing icon or Start button. As suggested on my RA screen, I am not using mouse on my end. What do I need to let the expert take some action?

Try taking control in safe mode with networking. if everything works fine then its a firewall tha is blocking stuff.

Since most of RA is working except full control and that both systems are on the private trusted network (192.168.x.x) I doubt if this is a firewall issue.
