"Bad Protocol SNMP" error on PIX 515E 6.3(3)

I am trying to enable snmp monitoring between devices through my PIX 515E.  When I issue the command:
fixup protocol snmp 161-162
I get the error:
bad protocol snmp
I am using the Cisco 6.3 Configuration Guide which indicates the command should be supported.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I would try upgrading your code to 6.3(5).  It's what I'm running and it worked fine on mine, so I know that version supports it.  I've never used it before so I can't say for sure which 6.3x version it was introduced in, but 6.3(5) definitely supports it.
