delete the event logs.

I can see the event logs from the security console and I would like to clear out all the logs. However I cannot fiind them on C:\  nor can I delete them from withtin the console. Also I installed a renewed downgrade license file for 25 users from the 11.0 edition and ( as was instructed from Symantec) to my 10.1 edition and now I cannot administer the license allocations from the console. The choice to manage licenses is unavailable from all tasks.

I didn't get the point. But, if you mean where are the logs of SAV 10.x/ SEP 11  then here you find them:
Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition\7.5\Logs
