Unable to reset user password
Hi,
I have taken over a Small Business Server 2003 which someone has put the Symantec Antivirus Client on it. I am unable to login to the client as we do not know the password. I have tried the Iforgot.exe but it tell's me that whatever username I put in, it doesn't exist. I have tried the user Admin and Administrator usernames as well as a few others in the hope I might guess right.
Is there a way of finding out which usernames have been setup ? Or is there another way to reset the user account information?
Thanks in advance.

This key was already set to 0, tried setting it to 1, no luck so put it back to 0 again.

This solution is only available to members.
To access this solution, you must be a member of Experts Exchange.
If that doesn't work I believe that you can disable the need for a password using a registry tweak.
Open Regedit
Browse to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWAR
Change the value of UseVPUninstallPassword from 1 to 0
Then try uninstalling it again.
