Exchange 2003.SP2/Outlook 2003 error

In the past 2 weeks I have been getting this error message on MOST users machines, not all. Or it will start after a few have connected to the Ex server. The only way I can get it to stop is to restart the Exchange Information Store service on the server.
Could it be my Store is getting too large?
Since I have SP2 I know the store size can be changed,

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Ah, sometimes I feel so stupid!
Its saying the db is exceeding maxium limit.

Now, to change the max size? I think the limit in SP2 is 85gig?

Ops, 75gig is the max, Found the reg key I needed to add, and changed it to 40gig from the default 18gig.
