if so pick a pc and turn it off. Check the server again.<br />
&nbsp;if that worked just open a hole in the pcs firewalls.

The Firewall is off and I have rebooted the client machine and it still has not registered.<br />

I have just installed Microsoft Windows server updates services 3.0. &nbsp;I have followed all the steps in the help guide to configure client machines to register with the server, however the client machine still does not appear in the drop down menu under 'computers'. <br />

The server is SBS 03 and the client machine is running XP pro<br />
