switch management using radius software

hello expert,

I have 40 cisco switches and i am attempting to use port secure to trap unauthorizes users from
access my network by just plugging thier lap top of network enable device into the wall jacks
I thinking of implementing a radius server to manage the 40 switches.

Can any one assist me in a solution either hardware of software.

if your switches support 802.1x, you can configure this protocol to work with either microsoft ias or Cisco acs server. These servers can tie into your active directory so that your authorized users can use their windows username/password to log on but other guests wouldn't be able to log in
