How to export Windows Server 2003 TS cal to Windows Server 2008 TS

This question is regarding :

How to upgrade Windows Server 2003 Terminal Server to Windows Server 2008 Terminal Server.
Our existing [Windows Server 2003 TS] has 30 TS CALs and I was wondering how can we export or import OR UPGRADE the 2003 Terminal Server to TS 2008.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

In case I have to buy new cals do I need to buy Terminal Services license as well as CAL
Please advice.
Terminal License just for the server. Cals for client access.
Check with your vendor they will explain Microsoft Licensing since it changes.
